Block ice has a large dimension but has small contact area so it does not melt easily. It is usually cut into different pieces for different uses in ice sculpture, sea shipping and fish vessels. The small pieces of block ice can be also be used for various purposes. There will be a little loss because the ice will thaw partly when crushed. Aluminum direct refrigeration block ice machine is also called direct refrigeration block ice machine, direct fast cooling ice machine (block ice machine). The principle is to use the specially designed cooling channel of the ice making box to carry on the circulation of the low temperature refrigerant, so as to rapidly cool the water in the box and realize rapid ice making.

Direct refrigeration block ice machine needs no brine tank, hoist, ice thawing tank and the water doe not need to add industrial salt. There is no need to change ice buckets and labors does not need 24 hours working time.

By overall installation,all equipments are installed on a steel frame,which is easy for containerized transportation. Easy installation. With power supplied, the machine can be put into operate immediately.

The standard direct block ice machine standard power supply is 380V / 3P / 50Hz, according to the actual situation to change the electric system, but must be specified when ordering.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in platict films or cartons, normally a FCL shipping.

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. You're welcome to see the test of the machines for days.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 45 to 60 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: No, all the machines are customized according to power supply ice size in difference. We don't provide sample.
